Lack of Noise control and parking enforcement

Q. Description:
A. Guess the City needs a legal reminder about too much noise at night disturbing the residents trying to sleep. They seem to allow trucks to park on Market and Ary Ln running Refer units all night with a TOTAL disdain for the residents that live there. Also STILL allowing Truck parking over night when the Motel Six only has 3 overnight parking permits(min of 5 parked there Tues night) It's time for the City to Revoke the overnight Truck permits given/Sold to Motel six or maybe they can build a 14ft sound wall so people MIGHT be able to sleep at night. Or should Motel Six be sued? Time for the City to revisit this TERRIBLE decision where ZERO thought was used to approve the selling of these permits. Code is it can be revoked at anytime by the city and it needs to be done, the city can't be getting that much revenue from these or is this all about the money and forget about the noise created disturbing the homeowners.
