Description

The property located at 2712 Myrtle Street Oakland underwent construction between 2002 and 2008 for which an additional bedroom, balcony, deck and bathroom were added. In addition, a small back building was converted to temporary living space. At the time the work was undertaken and completed, there were no plans ever filed/approved, fees paid, or permits issued on behalf of the city. Furthermore, the new structure has never underwent an inspection by the city for building code compliance.
