Perhaps call parking enforcement between 8:30am and 5pm and ask why the trailers have not been cited. The one in the photo doesn't look like it's even registered.

I went by this location and the RV wasn't there. Therefore I'm closing this issue.

The vehicle has not moved an inch in several months. The city is completely ignoring this issue. Street Sweepers simply go around the camper. The vehicle should be cited on street cleaning days. Please take action.
