Description

This sidewalk has zero streetlights--the only one lighting the entire stretch of sidewalk from Plymouth road to Broadway is from the church's parking lot, and the rest you have to use a flashlight for. There is a very large student population living on this street who do not have cars to get places with, and having to walk home from work on a pitch black street is insanely unsafe. I have no idea why this area of Ann Arbor is so poorly lit, but it is a major safety issue.
