Description

See archived photo from same request 3 years ago. The plant in city right of way grew back, overflowing into the street.
When turning from Grant Ave, left or right, cars approaching from left on Chester can't be seen unless drivers pull into lane. Worse when work trucks parked on Chester to the left.
No wreck yet.
