Please note that sites for bike racks can be limited on narrow sidewalks due to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirement that a sufficient walkway be left open for people with disabilities.
@Community Dev - AP (Transportation) - could you please stop using this as your default response to bike rack requests? It suggests that 'bicycle infrastructure' isn't usable by people of all abilities when it actually is. Those using bike lanes are happy to share with wheelchair users, for example; I doubt drivers would be happy to share similarly. There is 30 feet of road width, and you're having pedestrians, bicyclists, and disabled users fighting over 3 feet of scraps. If the sidewalk isn't wide enough for a wheelchair to pass, you could consider installing the bicycle parking in the roadway, which is common everywhere and harms no one.
