Description
The construction company doing work at 150 17th Street has illegally blocked off several parking spaces for their own use 24/7. This has been going on for over two weeks and construction is supposed to continue for at least another five weeks. They have no permits and didn't give any notice. They also put a porta-potty in one of the parking spaces. Parking in this neighborhood is bad enough especially with the residential permits NOT being enforced.
