This property has gotten progressively worse since the former occupants left around two years ago. Broken glass front door, graffiti on top of graffiti on top of graffiti, weeds breaking up the sidewalk, and weekly trash and dumping. I routinely pick up the trash and put it in my own bin. I have swept up the glass that has spilled out on the sidewalk three times. I have called and spoken in person to the real estate agent, Greg Lyons, multiple times yet neither the agent nor owner has done anything to secure or clean up the building This property needs to addressed It is blighted and is attracting more blight Clean it up and occupy it or lower the absurd price and get it sold!
