storm drain is higher then the middle of the road. thus all water has to rise up to cross road and use other side of road drian. they just came out and cleaned both storm drains. but, one can see the water is still deep o. east side of 8th street south

The Foreperson has requested this issue to be sent over to Pavement for review being that there aren't any storm drains in the area.
