The litter situation in general is getting out of hand. There is garbage in the streets and yards. I constantly pick litter up from the yard. This furniture is adjacent to my property and I don’t have the means to remove it.
The litter and general upkeep in this area is surprisingly bad. The property owners don't care, the tenants don't care, and apparently the City of Raleigh doesn't care. TEN out of the 18 units on Summerkings are owned by companies in California. All they care about is the check they get at the end of the month. Sad.
Some would look at this situation and want to help, others do whatever it is you're doing. There's an eviction crisis going on right now during a pandemic and you're looking to kick more people out of their homes for litter that may not even be theirs. People drive around dumping random stuff all the time in neighborhoods that are not their own. Feel free to get upset that the city is not addressing the issue you opened, but wanting people kicked out onto the streets for it? Shameful.
