Photo cell lights under eave of park restroom stays on most of the daylight hours when sun is low or not strong. Same with light under eave of back door of Peter Pan School on park property that the PWA put in for us. The two lights on either side of the school may not have the same problem, but could be checked. It might save a lot of energy if these lights were timed instead of photo sensitive.
