Thank you for voicing your concerns. The City of Alpharetta does not own or maintain the water system within the City, Fulton County owns and maintains it. If this water leak is between the water meter and the house, it will be the homeowners responsibility to make the necessary repairs. Please contact the Fulton County Water Department at 770-640-3040 to have them determine who is responsible.
