There are large groups of people having picnics and joggers who are simply not wearing masks. They are mere inches away from one another and passersby. This is illegal and the mask rules and social distancing rules must absolutely be enforced at all times. Please deploy health inspectors and park rangers to vigorously enforce these rules and ticket violators. No one can claim they didn't know of the mask requirements.
