Description

Sofa, broken bags of clothes and boxes of trash dumped in front of apartment, mostly in front of 3604 Penniman. Single story property runs 3604-3610 Penniman Ave.
This is a continual occurrence at this property. Trash containers often left for days on the sidewalk as well.
