This location is a frequent site for illegal dumping. I thank the city for putting up the nice sign, but it hasn't had much effect. I think those tires have been there for three weeks now.

I reported this on 8/3/20, and it was closed the same day by COR. I reopened it on 8/5/20. Thank you so much for reporting this, Smitty! When it isn't taken care of quickly, it gives tacit permission to others.
