Description

The areas on todt hill rd between ocean terrace and the light by Staten Island academy have a crazy amount of overgrown plants and jagged uprooted trees. This is the beginning of our hurricane season and someone needs to clean it up. I'm pretty sure most of it is city land or green belt. I have lived off four corners for over 30 years and have never seen it so poorly kept. All the dead tree branches could cause more power outages like we had with the last hurricane. It should really be cleaned up
