Description

Due to Tuesday's storm there is a branch completely detached from a tree dangling by the power lines. Called 311 multiple times. FDNY says they can't work on a branch sitting in a live wire. The branch is lower today than yesterday. Afraid it will fall and hurt someone or pull the power lines down and cause a fire.
