Description

Town owned tree endangering power lines and multiple properties at the corner of Elizabeth street and Jay Street. It's frequently used as a plow dump for snow piles as well so the tree itself appears to be compromised and frequently drops limbs/branches into the road that the neighbors kindly remove. Storm drain near it clogs a lot too, probably from all of the branches, leaves and debris. This has knocked out power before and damaged vehicles. Hate to see it damage a home or a person!!! It's been going on for years and been reported many times to town and utility employees.
