Description
Previously reported #7823743 three mths ago. YCUA has not done anything about this or contacted me with a fix date. Water is still gathering at the end of my driveway due to the road patch being too high and not letting water pass to the drain. I want this fixed asap especially before winter or my driveway will crumble due to salty water sitting on it.

Yes, our road repairs contractor (Midwest) paved a patch within the last 6 to 8 weeks and, yes, the gutter pan is slightly higher than it should be. Midwest is going to heat and scrape the excess material from the gutter pan. This will lessen the ponding but probably not eliminate it entirely – the existing concrete drive approach is lower than the asphalt over the gutter pan and this condition existed prior to any excavation work and/or pavement repair by YCUA.
Also, the resident never contacted YCUA – they contacted the City through See Click Fix who subsequently contacted YCUA. I responded to the City DPW because I don’t recall seeing contact information for the resident.
