I recognize that picture. It's from apartmentlist.com/ct/new-haven/. It's the University Towers apartment building at 100 York Street. Why is it included with this reported issue? Is that where people are hiding illegal motorcycles?

Hello. I am very sorry the motorcycles have been so loud. I am the alder for this location. I asked the NHPD District Manager for Downtown/Wooster Square to talk about this issue and what the police can realistically do to help enforcement the noise ordinance at tonight's Downtown Wooster Sq. Community Management Team meeting at 6 pm.
