i work at the corner of Thornton and Valentine str. both streets are one way and have STOP on both streets. i would say that maybe 1 out of 30+ cars come to a complete stop. frequently cars traveling at 30mph go right through. I'm in awe that i have not witness a both horrific and tragic accident.
Something must be done before 1 or more people are killed.
