Description

Source of rhythmic thumping bass that can be heard inside our house on Orange St (where picture was taken) on 7/11/2020. We were watching TV and the AC was on and we still heard it. I made a video walking from the house to the fence where rap music and lyrics can be heard but the bass needs special equipment to record. I would like to request assistance in measuring this low frequency energy that is penetrating our home and finding a workable solution. See CODE ENFORCEMENT COMPLAINT # CLl9.00278 which has prior documentation and has notes about the neighbor refusing to provide usable direct contact information.
