Description

Not only is the bare minimum barrier (cheap fencing) put up, neighbors and passers by must see the port-a-potty, the gaping hole and be subject to the dust, dirt and concrete pollution due to no solid barriers placed. This management company is causing noise and actual pollution, they sign off much layer than city ordinances allow, and leave a disgusting mess for the residents of this otherwise quiet street. They start at the crack of dawn and go until the late hours. During a time when residents are subject to be working from home or recovering from a public health crisis in a Covid-19 hot spot, this is just the icing. We place calls and complaints all of the time and no action is ever taken. This management company cares nothing about the residents and it is clear they are paying their way through unsafe and egregious safety hazards. Solid barriers must be placed. Not only is in an invasion of privacy for neighbors, it’s noise pollution in a space not fit for building. This street houses veterans and handi-capable citizens who wake up and fall asleep to these construction sounds during these times. This is a disgrace and whoever approved this should be ashamed. We will continue to place calls and ask for follow up.
