I concur. I live in this block. The swarms of flies are horrendous, due to the human feces that are accumulating because of this. It is a health hazard. The sidewalk is impassable because of the tent, bicycle parts and other junk littering the sidewalk. I no longer feel safe walking along this stretch of 60th street.

I hope Libby Shaft sees this; why why why do you treat our neighborhood like this? Someone who is actually on social media should post these messages; until we do, we're never going to get our neighborhood cleaned up. Why is our neighborhood treated with such disregard by City of Oakland?

The obstruction has expanded. The tent, bikes and immobile car are very clearly being used as a part of this drug dealing operation.
