  Hello, I am reaching out to help you with your BP Assist app functionality. Can you please give me a little more information on what device you are using when creating a request? When creating a request on a mobile device, you should be able to zoom into the map by touching the screen and when creating a request on a computer you should be able to zoom into the map by using the "+" button at the top left of the map. Any information you could send would be very helpful and we will make sure the app is working for you ASAP. Thank you.
