Q. Please describe the issue.
A. sidewalk vegetation maintenance on all of 78th avenue from 49th street to 66th street on both sides: I run every morning before sunrise on 78th avenue in the dark and the sidewalks are poorly maintained in many spots. I'm not sure where the responsibility falls but my route is 78th between from 59th to 66th back to 49th and back. Many trees and bushes are blocking the sidewalk, you have to duck, cars blocking the sidewalks, brush growing over them. Would be nice to have them cleaned up. thanks!
