I've also had issues where trash (even whole bags) remain stuck in the bin. Is there some way for the truck to agitate the bins some when emptying, to make sure all the contents are removed? Thanks.

Yes Styrofoam is stuck inside can will not come out. Driver shook cart several times will not come out. Driver called this issue in.

In addition all the recycle carts were left out on Pennsylvania instead of left back inside the drive. We reported this several months ago and it seemed to be fixed but today they were back out on the street.
