  Until that can is emptied or the builder takes care of this issue I do not consider this case closed.

  Thank you for taking the time to get this can emptied. The builder has been less than cooperative and had let his crews fill the bucket with trash, garbage, and water has been accumulating in the bucket for months. So thank you very much.
