The dog owners at 1 Webster go to other buildings' private property areas to let their dogs out. That's trespassing.

Unfortunately you live in complex that does not take care of its residents. I am sure you pay a large amount of $$. It appears they do the minimum- I can not imagine how the residents allow the mgmt to continue. Your comments are the same as others. Add to that loud cars and motorcycle. No respect to their residents or neighbors. I am sorry you have found out the hard way.

Just waiting for a response. I want to talk to city management about former issues with hot water as well
