Dear MCDOT, what's the point of SCF if you tell me to call 311?

The County has no relationship with SCF. We monitor the site so we are aware of the concerns of our residents. Montgomery County has a 311 system designed to handle requests such as yours, track them and ensure requests are completed. Oftentimes, requests on SCF do not have enough information for the County to adequately respond. 311 has a checklist for different requests to ensure we are able to follow up.
