Junk cars without registration plates, junk lawnmowers, old appliances, building materials, baby stuff, toys, trash, tools, old auto parts, batteries, and electronics old furniture. The backyard grass is more then 4ft long growing about the fence. This person has violated public health and hygiene especially during the pandemic. His accumulation of the trash and clutter attracts small animals, rodents raccoons, bugs and insects and it’s unsafe for the whole neighborhood.

I have yet to see this property, but if it is overly crowded with the described junk, there could well be a fire fighting issue, too. If such a rinding is made, then urgent remedial action can be required.
