Description
Ivy has overgrown original fence line, and completely obstructs the sidewalk. I believe the fence is actually falling over, as well. Property was a rental, but is now vacant. This has been a problem for sometime, but people used to be able to at least squeeze by. Now, you have to walk into the street, at a blind corner.
