Description

When cars and buses are leaving from the park and ride, the park and ride backs up because there is no dedicated arrow for left turns due to the long backup of cars exiting US 23. Can a dedicated left turn light be implemented to prevent these backups and allow for safe left turns leaving the park and ride?
