yes Greg and you were warned by the St Pete Police department to remove your IR blaster from our security system and you have yet to do so so now the police will be coming after you again do you want to keep this Petty childish stuff up we have a long paper trail against you if I was you I'd back off we don't bother you you don't need to be bothering us our lights are low-wattage and motion activated because of people like you who continue to harass and threaten us which we have on a USB drive in is in possession of the saint Petersburg Police we have the right to have motion lights on our property because of people like you and because of straight animals which I also have on my security system running around on both of our properties are laundry room is in the back I was a house. The Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County on February 10 did issued against Angela Peace and Michael McGaughey an Injunction for Protection Against Stalking. The Pinellas Sheriff will be serving both of you today. Read the order carefully and consider if you wish to continue to film my back yard. The order requires that you stay 10 feet away from my property- that might mean you two can't get into the passenger seat on your car, it certainly means you cannot go down the east side of your house. The order says not less than 10 feet from my property and my vehicle. I would interpret it to mean you cannot walk down the sidewalk in front of my house. Your last trip was last night on the way back from visiting 6 time convicted felon Russell Miller.

Greg you out of your mind nobody can stop us from getting in our car 4142 it is a public sidewalk we can walk down the sidewalk and for 3 we have no idea of this person you are talking about we were walking to the store as a family you are out of your flipping mind or one for 2 and as for your 10 ft you're crazy we live next door we can be in our side alley we can be in our backyard on our property and we can walk down the sidewalk it is public property We Don't Go Near you and we don't bother with you as for our security system the law states it needs to be 85% on our property and guess what it points 92% on our property so nice try you can play all the games you want because it's not going to go anywhere if it even does go to court that's fine because we have police reports on you for trespassing on our property and disabling our security system which is a criminal felony charge so we can keep playing this game Greg St Pete Police have enough evidence on you that this is going to backfire on you so keep it up

Lets see where the logic is here. First, Michael agreed in court several weeks ago to move out of the rental house in order to get the stalking charges dropped and he has returned in violation of the agreement his attorney made. Perhaps its time to refile the stalking charges. As part of the agreement between lawyers the security cameras spying on the neighbor were removed...maybe the security guy took them by mistake or maybe Michael removed them to make a false charge because he lacks proper socialization as depicted in his arrest photo above.

Second, lets look at the complaint....Two spotlights above a 4 foot walkway 8 feet long aimed at the neighbors window and left on all night to harass them. Michael of course thinks his right to do what he pleases regardless of the imposition on others. Go back to your trailer park Michael.
