JCPD/WOTS is also closing requests and responding that it's not illegal to DRIVE through the bike lanes. This project on Washington Street is being criminally mismanaged, and the public is being lied to about delays in installing delineators and signage to properly address this safety issue.
Please report complaints directly to Councilman Solomon's office so we can get this addressed.
