We have notified the Police and ISD to review the situation.

Thank you, I will be back at 4pm today and expect this to be cleared by then. The residents of District want no more excuses on this issue and we expect City Hall, ISD, and CPD to follow the set ordinances and laws that we have on the books and enforce them. If not clear by then I will be filing a complaint at City Hall as well the State Ethics Commission and Attorney Generals office on the City looking the other way on enforcing certain laws.

An inspector instructed them to move the dumpster out of the way before the weekend. The inspector went back today to review the issue. The dumpster was moved but still in a dangerous spot. We have spoken to the dumpster company again today to move the dumpster against the garage or replace it with a smaller dumpster. We are observing this issue, we hope to have this resolved asap
