This morning just after 6 AM I was out walking my dog and passed by Trophy Bar to HEAR and see a man using a leaf blower to blow off the sidewalk. I walked over and explained to him that he was not allowed to do it until after 7am. He said he didn't care and started blowing again. I picked up my phone and he jumped in his truck and drove off (black sonoma BCN 3763).

Trophy Bar has to be one of the worst neighbors in the world. They already have loud and obnoxious drunks until later into the morning, they take the parking of all the residents who live in the area, and now they are rolling the hundreds of people across the street out of bed early in the morning.
