The in street signs were removed for the winter. The signs are removed for the winter maintenance season and will be replaced in the spring.

It is highly unsafe to have no form of stop/yield/warning sign at the Division/Jefferson intersection. As someone who lives in the area and has to cross Division at this intersection every day, I've found that drivers do not stop. Typically, they are coming over a hill and driving close to 45mph. There have been numerous instances in which I've had to wait at the crosswalk for a long time simply because no cars will stop. This intersection should actually have a permanent stop sign. Please investigate this intersection, it is of the utmost safety concern.
