Description

this woman needs a new garbage bin. she has had it for many years and the bottom is falling out. 2 garbage days have passed and another upon her . where is her garbage going to go. she has been using neighbors. she's disabled and this makes it tougher for her. the bin is by the curb in front of her address. thank you. this is second request. how many requests before she gets one.
