Public Works Mosquito control staff (Baker) responded (SR20310) and found no adults during the daytime inspection and that the nearby breeding sites are dry. Trap numbers are low throughout the city and it appears that the mosquitoes are blowing in from a different part of the city. Consequently, on Thursday staff will discuss an action plan with the Entomologist to determine if an adulticide treatment will be required the wek of 10/21/2019. We will notify you of status and updates as a work order is generated.
