Description
Dangerous sidewalk where city tree was planted. City was told they would repair it 20 years ago. It’s dangerous and uneven has cutback filled into it and it’s all cracked and has weeds even growing through cracks. Wheelchair bound neighbor can’t even get by without going into street.
