Description

Homeless encampment on the corner of Harrison St. and Grand Ave.
There is trash everywhere. You can't walk by there without getting harassed, and one guy has a machete and doesn't speak much English. Have complained before about this encampment, and I see that other people have complained also. It is a small encampment but is threatening to passersby. People can't park and walk to the Veteran's Center. Elderly people are in fear. Please, please move them somewhere else. It's not safe in this neighborhood with them there.
