For the past 3 months the constuction at 3000 Broadway has been stopping traffic in both directions on 30th street while they move materials around multiple times per hour for minutes at a time. I’d like to confirm they are following their permits for obstructing traffic because i’ve never seen a construction site organized where they need the entire street.
