Description
Submitted sidewalk repair request form to DPW in 2017, 2018 for the sidewalk in the front of our house. Recently one of the trees causing the issue was cut down. We never received any response regarding sidewalk repair request forms that my wife submitted. Could someone please let me know what's the policy regarding these repairs and if there is a repair schedule for this type of maintenance for the city and where I can get a copy of it?

Thank you for your reply - this request must be high up on the list because it was placed in 2019. I do understand that emergency repairs must go to the top of the list but your response implies that this task is on the bottom of the list of needed repairs. Also, can you just give me an idea of what "timely" means from the perspective of your sidewalk repair program - does that mean 1, 2, 3 or more years before a repair should be expected and it would still be considered timely? Do you have a formal schedule (like a MS Project schedule) of repairs/work orders that can be shared to the general public?
I'd like to make a suggestion that a published schedule be posted and kept current by the DPS of all road/sidewalk work - a lot of other small cities do this and it is extremely helpful to citizens.
