  Why do the sprinklers no longer come on ? after all the money that was spent for landscape now it's just getting overrun with homeless people, trash, drug use. No one is reacting too this situation it will only get worse if our officials continue too do nothing.

  Why has the sprinklers been turned off? After all the money that was spent on the landscape under the Bart tracks on E12th now what we see the minute I step out of my home is homeless, trash, drug use. Other then Mr Gallo and crew out every weekend trying too clean our streets why are our politicians not doing anything to remove these people ??

  We pay property tax every year. The city has to do something to make our neighborhood back to normal. The city should keep all homeless encampment in a designated area. The homeless is causing too many problems in our area.
