- Arrived Friday, 8/30/19
- Sept. street sweeping blocked.

Ford Tioga RV, 22' length
Class C: cab over camper approx. 8' wide
Color: Cream with brown, blue,+ tan stripe. Peace sign on tire cover; decal "pacmanink.com"
CA License Plate: 6JEZ019

- has not moved since arrival
- seems to be part of a caravan
- blocks view of gated parking lot entrance for traffic traveling down E12th St. ; hinders view of oncoming traffic for driver(s) exiting gated parking lot at 48th Ave.
- street tree damage due to height of RV
