Description

Why are there numerous manhole covers raised above street level along Washington Ave. and North St. instead of being flush with the pavement? I'm concerned about potential damage to vehicle tires as well as wheel alignment. Is there going to be another layer of blacktop applied to these two streets? Thanks.
