Description

As I was driving up Lincoln ave across from Head Royce school towards HWY 13 there was a suspicious man that did not seem right in the head on the sidewalk. Can the policies please drive as there seem to be more and more people that do not look right in our beautiful quiet neighborhood. Please protect us.
