  It’s not working it’s just sitting in the lane without and advance warning signs or cones.....
  There’s safety measures that are supposed to be followed so there’s not an accident. So the City or others don’t get sued. Hmmmm how ironic simple tasks to follow while working in the City of Oakland. Durrrrrr
