I live at 3538 Donahue Ave. The undeveloped/vacant lot behind my home has vegetation growing over the property line and I have been trying to maintain the overgrowth vegetation the last couple years without success. Some of the species are the invasive Brazilian pepper trees in some parts. Would like to the vegetation growth cut back from overgrowth over property line.
